Sales Account Manager (Non - Enterprise)

Job Objective:

  • Achieve sales performance targets set by the Sales Director and maintain good client relations with key accounts in accordance with company’s standard

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, qualify new opportunities for projects targeted at new buildings or projects above S$500K across industries (includes education, government, entertainment, large-venue and healthcare industries) and increase sales closing rate of qualified opportunities
    • Conduct research on competitor activities on managed accounts and projects
    • Proactively engage customers and stakeholders from introduction to closure of sales
  • Prepare company’s sales pitch and present company solution to "C" level executives and propose project implementation timeline to clients for their upcoming projects
    • Work closely with AV Designer Team to develop client solutions
  • Negotiate pricing with partners as part of project costing in the bid process to ensure commercial viability

Client Relationship

  • Manage and ensure all issues are resolved between internal departments and external customers
  • Maintain healthy client working relationships with existing key accounts
  • Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments

Admin and logistics

  • Collate all required information (e.g. contract, contact information, costing, bill of material, project costs, payment terms etc.) to ensure smooth project handover to relevant stakeholders
    • Project Lead for project execution and transition
    • Operations Support for administrative support
  • Ensure equipment ETA meets delivery date upon commencement of the project

Salary:

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual OR
  • Diploma in any discipline, given minimum 1 years of experience in the AV industry
  • Must have minimum 1 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record
  • Must have experience in a project-based, development of customised solutions sales environment
  • Experience in handling accounts for government, entertainment, hospitality, large-venue and healthcare industries preferred
  • Experience in project sales personnel capacity& tender bidding process is a plus
  • Experience in working with construction firms & managing sales of contract value of at least S$500K is preferred
  • Must have a high success drive, achievement- oriented
  • Must have knowledge of end-to-end sales processes
  • Must have a pleasant disposition and presentation skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate creativity and critical thinking
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint is necessary
  • Knowledge in Microsoft & Logitech software will be an advantage
  • Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
  • Accuracy and completeness of reports
  • Achieve sale performance targets and goals (i.e. lead generation, sales & profit margins, closing rate, key accounts targets)
  • Strong customer advocacy (i.e. achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 60%)
