Service Crew

Responsibilities: 

• To provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest
• service at all times.
• To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries
• in a courteous and efficient manner, informing superior when required, to ensure follow through and that the problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist with the smooth and efficient service ensuring that
• restaurant standards are met at all the times.
• To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Constantly strive to satisfy all guests that he/she may be in
• contact with
• To prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place,
• setting and resetting tables, cleaning and other assigned tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Period:

• Permanent

Location: 

• Telok Ayer, Boon Tat Street

Working hours: 

• 5 Days work week including weekends and PH
• 9-10 hours per schedule (split shift including weekend)

Salary: 

• Up to $2200 

Requirements: 

• Able to work shift schedule; inclusive of Public Holidays & Weekends
• Candidate should be a good team player
• Junior specialized in F&B Service or equivalent
