IT Operations Manager/Engineer Ref: IFS/ITME/LKC

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize networks and servers.
• Responsible for device and password management.
• Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls).
• Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk and able to resolve issues that are escalated in a timely manner.
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
• Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses.
• Develop IT policies and practices.

Location:

• Jurong East

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• $3,000 – $8,000 (Depending on qualification) + VB

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, or Computer Science.
• 5 – 8 years of relevant hands on experience with IT performance management, network administration, system installation & security, configuration and analysis.
• Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and possess good problem solving skills.
• A team player who possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
