Product Marketing Manager (Video Analytics Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Video Analytics Systems Business Manager.
• Develop the strategic marketing plans for VAS. Define and articulate the product vision to drive market adoption and to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Engage customers to articulate and promote the benefits of video analytics in addressing the customer needs and business use-cases, and how the VAS will be able solve customers’ problems and add value to their business and operations.
• Develop expertise around potential customer needs and bridges customer feedback and requirements to technical product feature sets and broader market trends though planning and guidance of market research, competitive analysis, pricing and customer engagement.
• Engages with technology teams to develop new products, product features and functionality. Identify areas for growth and create strategic product roadmaps to drive adoption.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $8500

Job Requirement:

• Technical Degree or equivalent in a major that enables understanding the capability of the product and domain, together with a specialisation in Marketing
• Industry knowledge in the domain of video systems and video analytics.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and track record with marketing and evangelising of relevant products and systems.
• Able to understand and market the various business use cases of VA in smart city concept or solutions, for examples, use cases of intelligent transport system for smart transport, or smart video surveillance for safe city model.
• Able to develop customer intimacy and engage convincingly how  the VAS product and systems creates value for the customer.
