System Engineer 2

Responsibilities: 

• Report to Team Lead in meeting SLA/KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement
• Assist Team Lead in managing projects and overall administration of the projects allocated
• Responsible for contractual fulfilment
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders/customers
• Perform first level Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/modules/components at sites
• Perform System Monitoring duty, during day time or overnight and 24/7 standby with 2 hours response time
• Generate service reports, engineering services reports.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $4500

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar engineering-related field
• Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (RF Communications, Basic Networking skills, Computer/Servers, UPS)
• Good diagnostic and fault solving skills
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Class 3 (Manual) Driving License is a must
