Case Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/Liaise – Correspond with HR professionals to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution. Ensure that responses adhere to organization guideline and HR policies.
• Investigate – Conduct investigation on data inaccuracies in SAP-HR systems to determine root cause and provide advice for rectifications root cause and provide advice for rectifications. Liaise with data administrators, system integrators, business process owners, policy makers and ground users to rectify data discrepancies.
• Analyse – Maintain accurate file logs to support data collation for trend reporting and analysis. Analyse trends based on data collected and propose solutions to reduce frequencies or queries. Identify the downstream impacts for process improvement.
• Communicate - provide clear and concise advise and responses to the queries raised via phone call and/or email.

Working hours

• 5 days week, 8am – 5.30 pm

Salary

• up to $3,000

Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder
• No prior work experience required
• Individuals with customer service experience will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills
• Meticulous with keen attention to details service – oriented, good team player and able to explain policies in various scenarios
• Able to work in a fast – paced ever-changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications(Excel & Word)
