Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $2200 + Bonus + Allowance
Location: Beach Road
- 1 Year Contract (renewable & convertible depending on the performance)

- 5 days’ work week (including weekends/PH)
- Up to $2200 + Bonus + Allowance
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers’ enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
  • Handle all inbound & outbound calls
  • Handle basic admin work
  • Attend to walk-in customers, where required
  • Mentor junior staff, when assigned
  • Take on ad-hoc assignment
 
Period:
  • 1 Year Contract (renewable & convertible depending on performance)
 
Location:
  • Beach Road
 
Working Hours:
  • 5 days’ work week (including weekends/PH
    • Shift A:  8.30am – 6pm
    • Shift B:  9.30am – 7pm
    • Shift C:  11.30am – 9pm
    • Sat and PH:  9am – 6pm
  • Voluntary Shift  8.30am - 9.00pm
  • Monthly OT is required
 
Salary:
  • Up to $2,200
  • Bonus: 2 months of Basic Salary 
  • Additional Allowances:
    • $100 Call Allowance (fixed monthly)
    • $200 Perfect Attendance (no MC, late, urgent leave) - if has any 2 of the following will be $100 but more than 2 won’t be eligible at all
    • $15/day Transport Allowance (only applicable for Voluntary Shift)  
 
Job Requirement : 
  • Min Diploma
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in a call centre environment is required.
