Permanent General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team to achieve Company’s objective and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service excellence.
• Meet annual sales budgets and profitability
• Control and monitor expenses
• Identify and evaluating new business opportunities
• Formulate business strategy & implementing business development and action plans
• Analysing, interpreting and benchmarking operations performances, business conditions and market dynamics
• Directing a team of sales professionals
• Implementing new initiatives in staff development to enhance the operations culture / standards of quality services delivered
• Develop annual Business Plan (including implementation of Key Deliverables)
• Manage implementation of plan
• Monitor and report on results
• Support internal Learning & Development

Location:

• Beach Road

Working Hours:

• 9am to 6.30pm (Mondays – Fridays)

Requirements:

• Degree / Master in business or any discipline
• Strong business acumen, preferably with travel sales experience exposure
• Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Familiar with budgeting, financial & management reporting & interpretation of financial statements
