Testing & Simulation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop validation and verification test plans and to ensure that the engineering deliverable meet both customer goals and internal specifications

• Define, manage, and execute testing strategies for our logistic autonomous platform

• Partner with motion planning, perception, hardware and software teams, as well as AV fleet managers and operators, to ensure that the latest software releases meet our high quality standards

• Responsible for defining DOE (design of experiment) procedures, analyzing and documenting results

• Set up an database incorporating test scenarios for logistics autonomous platform

• Generate Route Scenario Analysis

• Model defined test scenarios

• Automate running and validation of test scenarios and compile test reports

Responsibilities

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Computer Science Engineering

• Strong Automated Driving engineering background, ideally working across a broad range of technologies and ability to think and communicate at a “system level”

• Experience in working with both Python and C++ systems

• Organized and systematic approach to engineering validation and testing, balanced with the flexibility to “get the job done” on a tight schedule

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
