Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within timeline and budget
• Able to analyse contract documents and possess high ability in negotiation
• Prepare project costing and progress payment, variation works and cost control
• Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that can be used as a basis for pricing
• List the scope or work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the project
• Prepare and follow up on request for quotations to suppliers/sub cons
• Collate price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission

 Period:

• 2 Years Contract

Location:

• Harrison Road
  • Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT
  • Location might change to Boon Lay in Mid 2020

Working Hours:

• 5 Days work week
  • 8.00am – 5.45pm

Salary:

• Up to $5,000/month + performance bonus

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 8 years relevant experience in M&E facilities industry, including 3 years in a QS consulting environment preferred
• Good working knowledge of forms/ condition of contract
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Team player with excellent people communication skills
• Good computer skills such as MS Office
• Strong negotiation skills
