Office Receptionist


- Monday – Friday (Regular Office Hours)  
- One North Station (Very near MRT)
- $2500 + Claims +Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive attitude as they arrive
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or meeting room
  • Ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable, with the necessary stationery and materials (eg. brochures, forms) present
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, as well as over the phone and email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Assist with normal mail and courier deliveries, and file courier slips
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties, as directed 

 

 Period:

  • 2 Month contract

 

Location:

  • One North Station
    • Extremely near MRT Station

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday
    • 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Friday
    • 8.30am – 5.30pm

 

Salary:

  • $2500
    • Plus Claims
    • Plus Benefits

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role would be ideal.
  • Computer literate, comfortable with using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional attitude and appearance, good customer service attitude 
  • Good organisational skills
  • GCE O-/N-level educational certificate
