Operations Support Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with teams and company departments to implement suitable processes for the effective running of daily business operations under Facilities Management
• Manage business operations, company and procurement processes and procedures
• Manage the coordination of finance and budget matters including budget planning and forecast, monthly reports, programme
• Manage contractual administration and provide end-to-end operation support
• Meet with internal/external customers to discuss needs for operations

Period:

• 2 Years contract
  • Convertible to Permanent based on performance

Location:

• Tai Seng
  • Walking distance from MRT

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am – 5.45pm

Salary:

• Up to $4,300 + Variable Bonus

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Admin/ Facilities Management or equivalent with 5-8 years’ relevant work experience
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Sound understanding of budgeting, financial management and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Team player and able to work well multi-generational teams
• Able to interact well with all levels of staff with strong situational awareness
• Strong team player
