Accounts Assistant


• Permanent Position
• Monday – Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Loyang
• Up to $2,300 + AWS

 

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and check suppliers invoices following purchase procedures guidelines
  • Enter and update suppliers invoices (expenses) in the Purchase Ledger and General Ledger
  • General Ledger Function
  • Checking on Credit Notes and Dealer Commission payments and Provisions
  • Dealer communication and support (Accounting side)
  • Ad-hoc reporting and projects assigned by superior  

 

 Period:

  • Permanent position 

 

Location:

  • Loyang

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6.00pm)

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2,300 + AWS

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Candidate should be a team player
  • Possess eyes for details
  • Organized
  • The ability to communicate with all levels
  • Bookkeeping or related qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Navision knowledge would be an added advantage
