Maintenance Technician (Heat Treatment)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all plant machinery and furnaces, and keep equipment in good operating conditions
• Generate effective repair solutions or diagnoses/troubleshoot faults to breakdown maintenance by incorporating all best practices and resources 
• Perform preventive maintenance of heat treatment equipment and other machinery
• Schedule and perform regular furnace calibration works including temperature uniformity test and system accuracy tests

Period:

• 2 years contract

Location:

• Tuas Ave 7

Working Hours:

• Rotating Shift

Salary:

• $2000

Requirements:

• NITEC in Engineering

• Knowledge of electrical components, PLC and wiring diagrams 

• Able to demonstrate strong machine repair knowledge

• Possess excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Follow safety instructions as required
