Quality Engineer (QMS)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct and/or lead internal Quality Management System (QMS) audit as assigned
• Follow up with post audit activities, document findings and raise finding reports, expedite Corrective actions on audit findings and their closure and verify effectiveness of the Corrective actions
• Support and coordinate with respective internal parties to be ready before and during external audits 
• Prepare and update standard procedures and instructions for use within the organization
• Maintain/ improve QMS to comply with ISO 9001 requirements
• Prepare of annual QMS review meeting and materials for presentations
• Carry out other documentation, co-ordination and other activities as assigned by supervisor

• Monday to Friday 8 am - 5.45pm 

Salary:

• $5500

Requirements:

• Diploma in any engineering field
• Experience in Quality Management System (QMS) and/or Quality Internal Audit is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn and meticulous
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive documents or situations
• Able to work efficiently and effectively with people from different departments and of varying seniority
• Good analytical skills
• Able to establish priorities and meeting deadlines
• Able to work independently
