Customer Service Officer (CSO)


- Gardens by the bay
- 3 years contract
- 6 days work week (2 shifts)
- up to $2650 with variable performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Manager and Client upon detection of faults, irregularities and theft.
  • Track the faults and update the manager of any change in status.
  • Assist the manager in administrative duties (i.e. compile data, preparation of documents for clients).
  • Ensure proper storage of information and data.
  • Answer calls.
  • Record down feedbacks and requests.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors and tenants.

 

Period:

  • 3 years contract

 

Salary:

  • up to $2650 with variable performance bonus.

 

Working Hours:

  • Must be able to work 2 shifts:
    • 8am to 4pm
    • 4pm to 12am
  • 6 days work week.
  • Based on duty rooster schedule.

 

Location:

  • Gardens by the bay

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Positive and professional attitude towards customers
  • Team player
  • Able to work shift based on duty rooster (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)
