Senior Technician (Sys Integration) - KDM/SIS/WPM

Responsibilities:

• Integrate and install SMART system, perception scanner/sensors
• Perform calibration/ acceptance tests on robot/vehicle/ equipment according to process instructions
• Integrate and install SMART system & components like perception scanner, sonar sensors
• Carry out calibration on robot/vehicle/ equipment according to process instructions
• Perform functional checks, setting, testing, fault finding and failure analysis
• Perform acceptance tests, commissioning according to robot/vehicle procedures
• Assist Supervisor in monitoring and ensuring timely completion of processes as planned
• Conduct daily housekeeping at work areas

Salary:

• $2000

Requirements:

• Higher/ NITEC in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Robotics & Smart Systems
• Basic troubleshooting in Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electronics/Electrical
• Experience in establishing machine comms interface like RS/CAN/Modbus/TCP-IP will be advantageous
• Good team player, initiatives helping others & committed to urgent/overseas work requests.
• Team lead to supervise junior technicians
