Voice Network Engineer (ICS/CSD/CCH)

The Responsibilities :

• Setup & Maintenance of Cisco Unified Call Centre Managers, Voicemail systems/Gateways
• Capable to install, integrate, maintain, modify, improve, enhance and upgrade the hardware and software of the system
• Generate various monthly maintenance reports or incident reports whenever required
• Require to liaise with third-party vendors and customers
• Responsible for timely support based on agreed Service Level Agreement

Period:

• 1-year Contract (Annual renewable)

Salary:

• Up to $3800

Location :

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours :

• Mondays - Fridays 8.30  a.m.- 6 p.m.
• 24/7 only when required (Including certain weekends and Public Holidays)

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) certification is a must.
• Prior working experience in the following :
  • Voice and Data Networking technologies.
  • VOIP environments, vSAN, VMWare as well as IVR and VCP.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Extensive knowledge in Cisco engineer networking as well as traditional PBXs and Cisco UC
• Good knowledge in Security/ SAN knowledge is advantageous.
