Job Description:
- Answer telephone calls from public hotline and other internal departments
- Relay messages received from telephone hotline to appropriate resource via messaging system within required timescale
- Monitor and create incident reports in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Relay incident reports to appropriate resource via messaging system within required timescale
- Facilitate requests to make international calls
- Ensure call logs are properly maintained and updated

- Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours:
- Able to commit to 12 hours rotating shifts
- 9am-9pm (AM), OFF 2 days, 9pm-9am(PM)
Salary:
- $2900 + Shift allowance $250 per month
- Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre environment
- Prior experience with Singapore Police Force would be advantageous
- Able to converse in both English and Mandarin Language in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates
