IT Helpdesk Engineers


- Ang Mo Kio
- 2 Years Contract
- 9am-9pm (AM), OFF 2 days, 9pm-9am(PM)
- $2900 + Shift allowance $250 per month

Job Description:

  •          Answer telephone calls from public hotline and other internal departments
  •          Relay messages received from telephone hotline to appropriate resource via messaging system within required timescale
  •          Monitor and create incident reports in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  •          Relay incident reports to appropriate resource via messaging system within required timescale
  •          Facilitate requests to make international calls
  •          Ensure call logs are properly maintained and updated

 

Period:

  • 2 Years Contract

 

Work location:

  • Ang Mo Kio

 

Working Hours:

  • Able to commit to 12 hours rotating shifts
    •     9am-9pm (AM), OFF 2 days, 9pm-9am(PM)

 

Salary:

  •  $2900 + Shift allowance $250 per month
  • Performance Bonus

 

Requirements:

  •          Diploma in IT or equivalent
  •          Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre environment
  •          Prior experience with Singapore Police Force would be advantageous
  •          Able to converse in both English and Mandarin Language in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates
