UX / UI Designer

Job Description

• Lead UX research and design processes for digital products (web and mobile) for projects
• Translate abstract requirements and ideas into design approaches and solutions
• Consult with clients to understand requirements and present findings
• Work closely in a team setting and collaborate with developers and project managers
• Perform preliminary UX assessment (heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, etc.)
• Plan and conduct user research (user interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
• Interpret, analyse and summarise quantitative and qualitative results (affinity maps, personas, user flows, etc.)
• Prototype and iterate ideas of various fidelity for UI design (wireframes, mock-ups, etc.)
• Author and own clear, concise and complete documentation that include descriptions, diagrams, visual content and prototypes
• Conduct usability testing
• Deliver work within scheduled deadlines

Period:

• Permanent

Salary:

• $4500 – $6000

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9am – 6.15pm
• Friday only: 9am – 6pm

Location:

• Kaki Bukit 

Job Requirements

• 1-5 years of working experience required
• 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or related work
• Passionate about UX and web design, detail-oriented
• Strong design thinking skills and extensive experience in UX design and research
• Experienced in articulating ideas and design rationale
• Excellent proficiency in prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
• Well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software
• Great understanding of the development process
• Ability to convert designs into HTML, CSS, JS would be a plus
