Client Services

Responsibilities:

• Support client request send enquiries on deposits, loans, financing and card products.
• Manage all post-sales request and servicing for deposits, loans, financing and card.
• Actively track all loan redemption and actively seek to retain via repricing, referral and up-sell.
• Manage all waivers requests, eg, fees, overdue interests, late charges from management
• Raise CRCF for redemption charge
• HPS Enquiry from CPF Board

Card servicing:

1. On-boarding functionality

• Verification process: Obtaining more information from customer for the incomplete application.
• To follow up with customer on the completion of application – Drop off list (Daily report)
• EDD process: Submit EDD form for approval

2. On-going functionality

• Assist in Customer's enquiry and request, such as: chargeback cases; ensuring the documentation are complete and to route the disputed transactions to the dispute team to handle;
• follow up with customer with disputes, request for wavier of fee (if any), card replacements and etc

Period:

• 6 Months Contract (renewable)

Salary:

• $2600 – $3100

Location:

• 90 Cecil Street

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri 8:45am – 6 pm

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree with some relevant experience in customer services
• Immediate and able to commit 6 months
• High initiative and good team player
• Good written, verbal and  interpersonal communication skills
