Payroll Specialist

​Responsibilities:

• Process end to end payroll including pro-ration of salary for resignation and new hires
• Submission of monthly CPF refunds
• Process NS and government pay leave scheme
• Process Tpt and dental claims
• Submission of bank files
• GL to Finance Team for reconciliation
• Investigate data inaccuracy in system and report to manager
• Maintain a secured archival of payroll files

Period:

• 2 Years

Salary:

• Up to $4,200

Working Location:

•  Ang Mo Kio/ Kent Ridge

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm

Requirements:

• Min A level
• Min of 2 to 3 years experience in payroll processing
• Proficient in SAP and Excel
• Have to be willing to accept if shortlisted
