Outlet Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a F&B outlet.
• Drive sales and traffic to the store.
• Manage stock inventory.
• Ensure that company standard operating procedures are adhered to.
• Plan, schedule and monitor work shift.
• Ensure standards of food quality, service area cleanliness, customer service and staff hygiene of outlet.
• Cashiering and accounting for bank-in of daily sales.
• Administration of time sheet for payroll processing.
• Manage recruitment needs for outlet.
• Other adhoc duties in line with operational needs and requirements.

Working Hours:

• 5 days work week

• 9:00am – 10:00pm

Salary:

• 2000 – 2200 + VB

Islandwide (Might change outlets depending on company needs)

• Parkway Parade
• Harbour Front
• Raffles City
• Paya Lebar
• White Sands
• Junction 8

Requirements:

• Positive working attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to lead, manage and motivate the team.
• Preferably with 1 -2 years F&B experience in similar capacity as a Supervisor
