Job Requirements:
- Answer incoming calls on hotline.
- Log in CRM for walk-in customers within stipulated KPI
- Handle enquiries at Front Desk and payment collection
- Folder checking for assessment and follow-up with trainers for folders not returned.
- Prepare assessment folders
- Reply emails enquiries and assist with Learning Management System
- Other administrative duties as needed
- Issue receipts and file documentation
Period:
- 1 Year Contract
Location:
- Paya Lebar
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 12PM – 8:30PM
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30Am – 1:30PM
Salary:
- Up to $2000
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any Field
- Experience in Customer Service is a must
- Able to work with systems
- Independent working with excellent verbal and written communication
- Good MS office skills especially excel
- Team Player
