Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:

• Plan and analyse recipes to assign prices to menu items.
• Prepare, cook and present customer order in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain proper consistency in food quality and service.
• Attend to customer complaints in relation to food.
• Requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment to ensure sufficient supply throughout shift.
• Responsible for stock ordering, keeping and handling.
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment by ensuring that the kitchen is clean, tidy and neat.
• Daily check of fridges, freezers, storage areas and etc to ensure all are in working condition.
• Assist in scheduling of staffs’ working hours and days.
• Responsible in training of new staffs.
• Attend meeting and training sessions as requested.
• Ensure and adhere to proper uniforms, punctuality and grooming standards.
• Research and develop new menu for food items.
• Creation and implement Standard Operating Procedures for preparation of food items.
• Prepare and cook daily staff lunch
• Comply with other legal obligations, company policies and practices.
• Any other adhoc duties as directed by management.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Sunday (5 days work week)
• 45 hours work week (The earliest shift 7am. /  The latest shift is overnight shift.)
• 10 hours per shift including one hour break with 12 dollars per mid night shift

Salary:

• $2,000 to $2,200 + VB
