Operations Support Officer


- 6 Months Contract
- Cecil Street
- Up to 6 days’ per week
- $2500 - $2700

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide below support during Roadshow
  • Perform documentation and data entry checks at back office portal for the on-boarding of customers
  • Amend and approve customer data maintenance at back office portal
  • Perform name screening which includes the verification, approval and closure of alerts
  • Liaise with Client Services to obtain more information from customers when required
  • Other cross functional support duties within the department
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Period:

  • 6 Months Contract

 

Location:

  • Office @ Cecil Street, will have to travel to respective roadshow locations

 

Working hours:

  • Up to 6 days’ per week from Monday to Sunday
  • Roadshow shift hours as per scheduled (up to 12 hours per day, working hours – to start as early as 10AM)
  • Rest Day: 1 rest day per week according to schedule by Supervisor

 

Salary:

  • $2500 - $2700

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / degree with 1-2 years name screening, AML experiences
  • Immediate and able to commit at least 6 months
  • Able to handle high volume of workload
  • High initiative and a strong team player
  • Meticulous
  • Good verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to work for irregular working hours / weekends
