Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source and screen for suitable candidates via various job portals like JobStreet, JobSCentral, LinkedIn and in-house system
  • Ensure proper registration of job applicants
  • Schedule, co-ordinate and interview candidates
  • Identify opportunities for Business Development and build rapport with potential clients through cold calling.
  • Perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs
  • Any other duties as assigned

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
  • 1-2 days remote working 
  • One hour Flexi lunch – 1.15 hours

 

Location:

  • 5 - 10 minutes’ walk from Downtown MRT / Tanjong Pagar MRT

 

Salary Package:

  • $1900 - $2200 (depending on qualification & experience)
  • Commission + Sales Incentives + Incentives
  • Benefits include Birthday Leave, Team Building Allowances etc

 

Job Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' / 'A' Level / Diploma / Degree
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
  • Applicants should have a cheerful and pleasant disposition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
  • Able to multi-task and be a team player
  • Independent and self-motivated with  good working attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Applicants who can start work immediate will have added advantage.
  • Applicants with CEI will have an added advantage.
