Guest Service Executive (Clan Keeper)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised guest service via phone, email and face-to-face, handling enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Build strong guest relationships by understanding preferences, special requests and service needs.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure guest requests and arrangements are fulfilled smoothly and promptly.
• Manage guest requests from initial enquiry to resolution, including follow-up and service recovery where required.
• Coordinate reservations, amenities, arrival requirements, events and other special arrangements.
• Support guest correspondence, service reports, request logs and other administrative documentation.
• Provide accurate information on property facilities, dining, transport, attractions and events while identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction.

Working hours:

• 5 days work week, 44 hours per week

• Needs to work rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays
• Shift A: 9am - 6:30pm, Shift B: 11am - 8:30pm, Shift C: 12pm - 9:30pm

Salary:

• $2,800-$3,000+ VB

Job Requirements:

• O Levels or equivalent.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills.
