Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Planner and Process Engineer on the release of assembly instructions and time ticket/ production traveller base on the BOM and contractual requirements.
• Prepare for the line setup
• Plan and assign operators to the line
• Perform monthly checks on the shelf-life terms and update the production schedule to the production manager 
• Ensure the production run as per schedule.
• Ensure received material issue from store is according to the pick list
• Ensure the ESD control is in the accordance with the Electrostatic control procedure
• Pack & return finished goods to the store together with the RTS form with QA endorsement.
• Clarify with the production engineer on any doubts as assembly process and safety in process

Period:

• 2 years contract (renewable/convertible)
   

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio/Boon Lay

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm (May change to shift hours) 

Salary:

• Up to $3,200

Job Requirements:

• ITE Certification if any in manufacturing experience, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields
• 1–3 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environment 
• Prior experience in SAP and/or Kofax is an advantage
• Candidates without experience may be considered 
• Previous supervisory or management-type experience is an advantage.
• Good communication (written & verbal).
• Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.
• Competent in handling of SMT components
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork
• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes
• Able to perform production work for long hours.
