Team Lead for Student Service

Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $4200 + AWS
- 1-year contract (renewable & convertible)
- Up to $4200 + AWS
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Queenstown (shuttle service provided)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide support to students via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and face‑to‑face consultations.
  • Advise students on academic procedures, policies, and general enquiries.
  • Process student requests accurately and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain and update student records in internal systems.
  • Ensure administrative processes meet audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular class visits to engage students, reinforce academic regulations, and gather feedback.
  • Organise and facilitate orientation programmes for new students involving programme managers. 
  • Prepare a weekly report on class visits. 
  • Coordinate graduation ceremonies and school events across the schools and partner universities.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Support the Dean in daily operations and supervision of the Student Services team.
  • Guide and support junior staff to promote teamwork and service excellence.

Duration:

  • 1-year contract (renewable & convertible)

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
     

Salary:

  • Up to $4200 + AWS

     

Location:

  • Queenstown (shuttle service provided from Queenstown MRT station)

 

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Mature, responsible, and proactive attitude; 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and IT skills
  • Ability to think analytically, operate efficiently and communicate effectively
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in education or service-oriented industry
  • Relevant experience in education settings
