Programme Administrator (E1)

Duties:

  • Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support for the delivery of funded programmes
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of learner registrations, invoicing, and programme documentation.
  • Monitor, analyse and follow up on funding disbursements and claims payout through reports generated from systems.
  • Engage with learners through calls or emails to conduct post-programme surveys and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Engage with Trainers in the support of delivery operations.
  • Support the administration of career advisory initiatives, including coordination with coaches, employers, and learners.
  • Maintain records and generate required reports to ensure compliance with internal standards and funding requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for the career app, including coaching schedules, content uploads, and report generation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, events, or initiatives to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.

 

Duration:

  • 1 year contract

 

Location:

  • Clementi

 

Working Hours:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 1.00pm to 10pm (includes 1 hr break at around 6pm)

  • Saturday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (includes 1 hr lunch break)

  • Rest days: Monday and Sunday

 

Salary:

  • up to $4,500

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder, preferably some knowledge on the running of funded programmes.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • IT and numerical literacy with a focus on accuracy and data handling.
  • Proactive, cheerful, and service-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Committed to learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
