Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Generate and manage sales leads through company-provided sources
• Conduct client consultations to understand renovation requirements and budget
• Present renovation packages, quotations, and project scope prepared by the team
• Follow up with prospects and close sales contracts
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact from first meeting to contract signing
• Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Handle basic client queries and manage expectations prior to handover

Coordination & Handover

• Liaise with internal design and project teams after deal closure
• Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and payments are completed
• Smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team

• Kallang 

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri, 11am–6pm 

Salary:

• Full Comm (50% of profit margin) + Monthly and quarterly incentives

Requirements:

• Minimum PSLE
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior, renovation, property, or related industries
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a fully commission-based structure
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Confident in client-facing meetings and presentations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
