Service Coordinator


- 3-month contract (non-renewable)
- $2,800 – $3,300
- Mon to Fri, 8.45am – 5.30pm
- Alexandra Rd

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with service contractors and customers to schedule service appointments.
  • Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, Live Chat, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Compilation and preparation of Reports to the Management.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Service Manager

 

Period:

  • 3-month contract (non-renewable) 

 

Location: 

  • Alexandra Rd

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 8.45am – 5.30pm

 

Salary:

  • $2,800 – $3,300

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant after-sales customer service experience.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
