Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support the Logistics Manager in daily logistics operations
• Liaise with warehouse, transporters, and internal departments on stock collection, deliveries, and status of guilty stocks
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for cargo clearance from port
• Prepare and submit cargo insurance claims
• Monitor and track Return Inward (RI) and Loan Goods (LG) to ensure timely collection
• Process logistics documentation including Material Issue (MI), Material Transfer (MT), Exchange Order (EO), Delivery Note (DN), Loan Goods, etc.
• Create and maintain Material Master (MM) records in SAP
• Collate and reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and post into SAP
• Process and review EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) data and update sales amounts in SAP
• Ensure all logistics documentation complies with company policies and is properly stored
• Handle enquiries related to warehousing, logistics, and delivery matters
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistics Manager and Management

Working Hours:

• Mon- Fri, 8.45am – 5.30pm 

Salary:

1.  $2,800 – $3,300

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of shipping documents and warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
