Application Lead

Responsibilities:

• Create customer accounts.

• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered in customer provisioning process.

• Generate custom reports for management regarding case metrics/team performance.

• Assist in compiling data and material for client presentations.

• Assist MHA account and billing teams to resolve issues.

• Participate in review and maintenance of Knowledge Base; ensure consistency and relevancy of articles.

• Assist in creation and maintenance of internal support team process documentation.

• Interface with other technical support personnel, engineering, and product management to escalate and resolve issues.

Period:

• 1 year contract (renewal basis)

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30AM – 6PM (have to be on standby if required)

Salary:

• Basic salary / Up to $5,300 (depending on experience and qualification)

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, although consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years Data Center experience
• Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround
• Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
• Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills
• Meticulous and process-oriented
• Good, hard-working attitude with ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills  English (written, spoken)
• Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
• Good organization skills, with ability to properly document and track information.
• Dynamic, customer oriented, experience working in a fast paced environment.
