Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Execution

• Plan, develop, and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to drive patient acquisition and brand engagement.

 

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Craft compelling content that educates, inspires, and converts.

 

Performance Marketing

• Oversee paid media efforts (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), optimize ad performance, and track ROI to achieve measurable results.

 

Brand & Clinic Promotions

• Conceptualize in-clinic promotions, referral programs, and partnerships that increase foot traffic and client retention.

 

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze marketing KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

 

Creative Direction & Collateral Development

• Collaborate with designers and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials (flyers, EDMs, banners, videos).

 

Event Management

• Support the planning and execution of patient events, pop-ups, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.

 

Duration:

• Permanent

 

Location:

• Orchard (1 day of the week may need to go down to 1 other clinic -Tampines/Siglap to speak to doctors)

 

Working Hours:

• Mon to  Fri: 9am – 6pm 

 

Salary:

• Up to $4,500 + PB
   

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry
• Strong command of written and spoken English to liaise with native English-speaking clients
• Proficient in social media marketing, digital advertising, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite)
• Data-driven and results-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Independent, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to life
• Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing or clinic promotions is a plus
