Job Responsibilities:
- Post Implementation Monitoring
- Reach out to customer to understand payment patterns
- Make recommendations on account strategy following understanding of customer patterns
- Transaction monitoring
- Reach out to customers to follow up on overdue bills
- Monitor for available funds in accounts and instruct the operations team to debit accounts to settle overdue amounts
- Upon receiving instructions from relevant team, instruct the operations team for loan settlement
- Platform payment report
- Other ad-hoc duties
Salary:
- Up to $3,500
Period:
- 6 months contract
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location:
- Raffles Place
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with a few years of relevant work experience or Degree in banking/finance/accountancy/business
- Looking for experience in client facing, banking and sales
