Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and solutions to stakeholders (service technicians, sales team, helpdesk, customers), including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting remotely or on-site
• Support pre-sales activities with technical and solutions expertise
• Conduct training on products, software, and solutions for sales and service teams
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Visual Solution Products)
• Create learning materials and service tips to ensure effective knowledge transfer to service technicians
• Install software solutions and conduct training sessions for customers
• Issue spare parts and consumables to service technicians

• Permanent

Location:

• South (near Labrador MRT station)(Shuttle service from Queenstown MRT)

Working Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8.45am – 5.30pm

Salary:

1. $4,000–$4,500 + $80 Mobile reimbursement

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in MCSE and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with structured and organised approach
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to stay focused
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions, escalating when necessary
