Assistant Manager, Programme

Join a leading player in the aerospace and defence sector, renowned for innovation, advanced technology, and large-scale engineering projects. We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Programme to drive successful delivery of software and IT programmes, ensuring excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple software/IT projects, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery
• Develop and implement programme plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to align with organisational goals
• Support business development through sales activities, proposal preparation, and RFP responses
• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts and agreements
• Manage customer requirements and expectations effectively

•  Seletar (shuttle service provided at Yio Chu Kang)

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

​Salary:

• Up to 7,000 + PB

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong project/programme management skills with ability to handle concurrent projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent yet collaborative work style
• Knowledge of software automation or data science an advantage
• Aerospace/Defence industry experience preferred
