Corporate & Events Sales Executive
- $2,800 - $3,200 (depend on experience) + Profit sharing
- Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm. Occasional weekends but will be provided with replacement off day

Responsibilities:
Our client is a homegrown snack brand loved for our popcorn, cotton candy, and fun live stations at events. We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Corporate & Events Sales Executive to drive sales for both corporate clients and personal celebrations – from incoming enquiries to closing deals, retargeting past customers, and ensuring smooth fulfilment.
- Manage all sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, website, and social media (corporate and personal).
- Handle requests for:
- Corporate sales (live stations, bulk orders, customised orders, corporate giftings).
- Personal celebrations (birthdays, weddings, private parties, festive orders).
- Take initiative to explore and develop new sales opportunities beyond incoming enquiries (corporate outreach, event planners, partnerships).
- Retarget existing customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices, follow up promptly, and ensure payment collection.
- Suggest and promote customised packaging to enhance client orders.
- Coordinate with production & delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Track all sales records, customer orders, payments, and client history accurately.
- Collect and gather customer feedback to improve service and client experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand existing accounts.
- Contribute creative ideas for festive promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met or exceeded consistently.

Salary:
- $2,800 - $3,200 (depend on experience) + Profit sharing (OTE $3,800–$4,500)
Location:

Requirement:
- Diploma or higher, with at least 3 years’ sales experience (corporate/events/FMCG preferred).
- Proven ability to handle enquiries from first contact to deal closure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, independent, and target-driven personality.
- Able to manage multiple client requests and deadlines effectively.
- Creative mindset to suggest customised gifting, event solutions, and festive promotions.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to hunt for new business leads (corporate and private events).
- Organised with good record-keeping and coordination skills.
- Results-oriented and committed to achieving monthly sales targets.
