Contract Developer for Global Wholesale Banking, MIS Analytics & Planning

Job Descriptions:

• Analyse existing code and scripts written in SAS/SQL languages.
• Develop Python scripts to replicate or improve existing functionality.
• Document code and processes clearly to support future maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues arising during migration.
• Deliver project milestones within the contract period.

Period:                                                                                      

• 6 months contract                              

Location:                                                       

• Raffles Place

Working Hours:

• 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $3,500, depending on experience

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven proficiency in Python programming & SQL
• Good understanding of Starburst and SAS is a plus.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data manipulation.
• Ability to read and understand legacy code in SAS/SQL and translate logic into Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Prior experience in similar contract or project-based roles is preferred.
