IT Engineer


- 1-year contract (renewable)
- $3,500-$3,800+ 1 month completion bonus+ $400 wellness benefits

Responsibilities:

 

1)Software Technical Services:

  • System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows operating systems; using guides and configuration services, and system image creation and maintenanceï¼›
  • Application Software Services: OFFICE series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgradesï¼›
  • User Guidance Services: Resolve client issues with commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic trainingï¼›
  • Virus Protection MaintenanceInstallation of antivirus software, updates for antivirus databases, and removal of viruses from client terminalsï¼›

2)Hardware Maintenance Content:

  • Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installationï¼›
  • Detection, localization, and troubleshooting of hardware faultsï¼›
  • Providing hardware repair and delivery servicesï¼›
  • Ensuring stable operation of hardware (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.) through routine maintenance to extend hardware lifespanï¼›
  • Providing irregular guidance and training on hardware usage, software operation, and internet use based on customer needs and actual conditions to enhance customers’ computer skills and efficiencyï¼›
  • Assisting in the numbering and registration of existing equipment, and compiling statistics on maintenance rates and costsï¼›

3)Network Issues:

  • Terminal network connectionsï¼›
  • Terminal network troubleshootingï¼›
  • Network connections and troubleshooting from switches to terminalsï¼›
  • Support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity

4) Helpdesk Service Content

  • Handle tickets assigned by the Call Center and complete them on timeï¼›
  • Address other Helpdesk tasks as per the client’s work arrangementsï¼›

 

 

Period:

  • 1-year contract (renewable)

Requirements:

 

In addition to meeting the provisions of the main agreement, the basic requirements for Party B’s IT technical service personnel are as follows:

  • Physically healthy and passed health examinations.
  • Familiar with various Windows operating systems, printing systems and computer hardware (desktop computers, laptops, etc.).
  • Familiar with general network hardware and capable of performing basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
  • Ability to Support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity
  • Familiar with the configuration of various application software.
  • Possess a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, minimum two years of relevant work experience.
