Project Design, Coordination & Safety Associate (Roofing & Façade)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and take-offs using AutoCAD
2. Coordinate with clients (mainly via phone, Zoom, or email)
3. Attend site/client meetings only when absolutely necessary
4. Submit drawings via email
5. Assist with preparation of safety documentation (RA, SWP, MOS, FPP – templates will be provided)
6. Maintain safety document library
7. Occasionally attend site safety walks or meetings

Period:

• Permanent
   

Location: 

• Islandwide 
   

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm

Salary:

• $2000 - $3000

Job Requirements:

• Job is more office-based, with flexible work arrangements after probation
• Candidates with a Diploma or Degree recognised by BCA will have an advantage
