Temp Claims Associate (Tanjong Pagar)


- 4 - 6 months outsourced contract
- $2200 - $2400
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
- Tanjong Pagar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, digitizing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records for tracking.
  • Conduct scripted customer service evaluations and document findings.
  • Review and manage documents for accuracy and compliance, update systems, provide and handle enquiries.

Temp Staff (CG Processing)

  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of applications, assessments, and supporting documents based on grant/scheme policies.
  • Ensure all details are correctly captured in the system against submitted documents.
  • Liaise with assessors & applicants on queries pertaining to the assessments/ applications submitted via call/email.
  • Record & reply enquires from applicant and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible applications outcome.

 

Period:

  • 4 - 6 months outsourced contract 
     

Location:

  • Tanjong Pagar 

 

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

 

Salary:

  • $2200 - $2400 

 

Job Requirements:

  • A Level / Poly graduates pending to start tertiary education. Minimally 4 months commitment.
  • Pass Spot the Difference test.
  • Good interpersonal skills, communications skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
