Job Descriptions:
- Ensure home loans applications/documentations fulfil the required processes/guidelines with good turnaround time.
- Follow through the documentation after Letter of Offer is generated and accepted before submitting for loan disbursement.
- Collate all relevant document for account opening application and customer’s particulars update and submit to Account service for processing.
- Scan all relevant documentation to home loan system after loan acceptance
- Rectify all loans defects to ensure that loan application can submit for disbursement on time.
- Work closely with stakeholders to simplify end-to-end processes to achieve faster turnaround and improve efficiency.
- Assists in preparing and generating reports and prepare dashboards for tracking purpose
- Any other duties or projects assigned
Period:
- 6 months contract
Location:
- Raffles Place
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
- Up to $3,000 (depending on experience)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
- Responsible, meticulous, driven, confident, self- motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Has strong interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication and sharp analytical skills
