Contract Staff, Global Commercial Banking - Emerging Business Sales (Anti Attrition team)

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive and reactive calling of existing commercial property loan customers for repricing.
• Convince customer to accept our repricing package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guideline.
• Cross referral and selling of other bank products.

• Up to $3,500

• 6 Months Contract (renewable, depending on performance and business needs)

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm 

• Rafflesplace

• Minimum Diploma holder with relevant work experience and degree holder in related field of study.
• Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.
• Meticulous, well-organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
• Good customer service mindset.
• Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.
• Knowledge of commercial property lending will be useful.
