After-sales Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of Quotation for both spare parts and service attendance to customer
• Preparation and issue service kits and spare parts to service engineers
• Maintain good rapport with customers
• Attend to technical enquiries from customers
• Pick & pack of spares when necessary
• Prepare shipping documentation and arrange delivery with courier companies

Period:

• 1-year contract (Convertible to perm)

Location: 

•  Boon Lay Way

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 9am – 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3300 + AWS + PB

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and display humble attitude towards colleagues and superior
• Able to read and understand schematic and block diagrams (Training will be provided for non-experience)
• Min. Diploma (Maritime studies & Electrical and Electronic preferred)
• PC literate 
• Able to work independently and also a team player
