Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Support on IT related work that requires for Prison Site such as Server, Network and Workstation.
• Provides OS Patches / AV updates and application updates from time to time
• Conduct PM and CM of Electronic Security System at assigned designated Site.
• Provide site inspection, minor works rectification and maintain system performance.
• Assist Team leader in meeting and ensuring customer satisfaction
• To provide on-site 24 hours emergency service
• To perform standby duty after office hours as and when required
• General Clean and ensure equipment health status in working condition
• Periodical backup of database and updating  of service checklist
• Good conduct and work closely with customers and ensure service deliverable is meet
• Record and file or service and administrative work
• Response to customers promptly when activated
• Keep abreast of technical competencies
• If the need arises, he may be assigned any other duties either within the same department from time to time

Period

• 1 year contract 

Working Hours

• Shift hours with OT pay (7am-7pm)

Location

• Changi

Requirements

• Candidates with/ without Experience are welcome
• Diploma/Higher NITEC holders
• Comfortable to work OT and 24/7 standby
