Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversea the team in their daily routine IT/Security related works.
• Support team in Diagnostic of HW/SW related issues such as Servers/Network Switches/Firewall
• Attend to customer call if requires based Support Contracts for Hardware & OS issues for Servers, Workstation and others
• Project implementation, which include installation and configuration, of hardware and software.
• Perform upgrade or apply bug fixes of pre-installed SAN Storage & Data Protection products.
• Client management and technical support such as problem identification & resolution.
• Provide Onsite Hardware Support (Breakfix) to Customers’ Servers
• Monitoring of Ticket Queues for Cases Logged by Server/Application Owners relating to Server
• Liase and arrangement of downtime (inclusive of clearance to site) for Onsite HW Breakfix, onsite support for vendors,Logistics for Hardware Deliveries
• SCCM for Patch Management and Asset Management
• Daily Routine Admin of AD Accounts, Exchange, Print Servers, File Servers, DHCP and DNS etc.
• Management of Web Filtering and Microsoft TMG Proxy
• Recommend, Evaluate, UAT, FAT, Deployment for IT Solutions.
• SAN Storage and Enterprise Backup Solution Administration, inclusive of Daily Routine of Symantec Netbackup jobs schedule and DR Site.
• Key Personnel for Backup and Recovery for Yearly DR Exercise
• Key Co-ordination Lead for Data Center in Annual Bldg Power Shutdown maintenance
• Supported Regional Affiliates in Troubleshooting Server related matters
• Ensure 24x7 uptime with high availability for Servers/Applications and Services.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6PM 
• 24/7 standby

Salary

• $3500 - $4000 + AWS + VB

• Flexible to travel island wide if necessary to assist
• Able to do technical hands on
