Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales
  • Provide customer service
  • Implement company's customer service policies
  • Inventory / Supply Replenishment
  • Merchandising / Display
  • Cashiering
  • Housekeeping

 

Period:

  • Permament

 

Location:

  • Islandewide

 

Working Hours:

  • 6 days per week
  • Morning: 10am – 7pm
  • Noon: 2pm – 10pm 
  • May slightly differ depending on the outlet

 

Salary:

  • $1400 - $2000 (Inclusive of $100 for travel subsidy, $100 for perfect attendance allowance)
  • AWS + VB
  • Quarterly incentive for confirmed staff (Depending on the performance of the outlet which the staff is assigned to)

 

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication skills, as the ability to implement and manage store policies is highly dependent upon this skill.
  • Excellent teamwork and management skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in similar position in a retail environment will be advantageous.
  • Able to speak English
  • 6 days work week, need to work on PH, rotating off day
